Lexi Morgan is the Founder and Principal of A. Arthur & Co., where she advises businesses, associations, coalitions, and industry groups on government affairs and public policy strategy. With over a decade of experience, she represents a diverse client base—including nationwide organizations, global industries, statewide leaders, and local businesses—advocating on their behalf across North Carolina, in multiple states, and in select federal matters.

She has built strong, trusted relationships with members of the legislative and executive branches, as well as key staff, agency leadership, and stakeholders—developed through direct engagement on complex policy issues across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, retail and pharmacy, gaming, energy, transportation, and media.

Known for her hands-on, tailored approach, Lexi works closely with each client to translate complex legislative and regulatory environments into clear, actionable strategy aligned with their business objectives.

Lexi serves on the Appalachian State University Board of Visitors, reflecting her continued connection to the region where she was raised. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University, double majoring in Management and Marketing with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
